Sponsorship Request Form

Constangy understands the importance of sponsoring events that align with the Firm’s values and diversity initiatives. Please review Constangy’s Sponsorship Policy to ensure your request is in line with the Firm’s goals before submitting your request.
Please complete this form and forward in a timely manner (60 days advance notice per the policy) to marketing. All requests are reviewed and approved by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in conjunction with the Firm’s Financial Partner. At the end, please attach copies of letters or brochures describing the proposed sponsorship opportunity as well as expected or realized ROI.

3.If yes to question 2, please provide background on the historical billings for the client over the last 3 years.
4.Sponsorship Description (include benefits, how will the Firm receive recognition):(Required.)
5.In what way will the proposed sponsorship provide the Firm substantive exposure to potential client/referral decision-makers?(Required.)
6.If the Firm receives tickets and/or a table to this event, please identify the clients, prospects, or Constangy attorneys you intend to invite.
7.Describe your historical involvement in the organization for which the sponsorship is requested (i.e., leadership position, attending events, speaking engagements, article submissions, other methods of visibility).(Required.)

9.How does this sponsorship or event align with the Firm’s overall mission?(Required.)
10.If the Firm has supported this same sponsorship request for three or more years in the past, what return on our marketing investment has been realized? (Please be specific, “XYZ Company is a major client,” is not considered to be sufficient information to support the request.)
