2020 WASBO Facilities Management Conference Sponsorship

Conference sponsorship opportunities are available to organizations which provide goods and services to school districts. By sponsoring a portion of the WASBO Facilities Management Conference, your organization receives outstanding visibility for your products and services. By completing this form, you are agreeing to sponsor the item you have chosen (if still available upon form submission). Please complete all the information below. WASBO will invoice you for the amount due.

Benefits of sponsorship include:
• Full color advertising in the Conference Program
• Special identification at your exhibit space (if exhibiting)
• Distinction on your name badge (if registered separately to exhibit or attend the conference)
• Listing as sponsor on prominent signage displayed throughout the conference
• Acknowledgement in rotating sponsor box on WASBO's website (Bronze level and above)

• Ability to participate in priority exhibitor registration (Bronze level and above)
• Recognition in the April issue of Taking Care of Business

Some sponsorships may include additional recognition specific to the sponsored event or area being sponsored.

Sponsor levels:
Platinum: $3,500 and up (includes 8.5" x 11" ad in program)
Gold: $2,500-3,499 (includes 8.5" x 11" ad in program)
Silver: $1,500-2,499 (includes 7.5" x 5.5" ad in program)
Bronze: $750-1,499 (includes 4.25" x 5.5" page ad in program)
Friend: Under $750

Sponsors should email a digital logo (PDF or JPG) to Ryan.Silvola@wasbo.com as soon as possible. All program ads should be emailed by January 1, 2020.
