The City of Spokane is planning for the future of Spokane Falls Boulevard as part of a larger effort to replace aging pavement and underground utilities while improving how the corridor functions for everyone. This project is an opportunity to evaluate how Spokane Falls Boulevard can better serve people who drive, walk, bike, access businesses, and visit downtown destinations.
A short video has been prepared to provide background on the project, explain why improvements are needed, and walk through potential roadway design options being considered. These options reflect different ways the corridor could be configured in the future, each with tradeoffs related to travel, access, and overall experience.
After watching the video, please share your thoughts, questions, and feedback. Your input will help the City better understand community priorities and inform decisions about the future design of Spokane Falls Boulevard.
