We are interested to see if certain spiritual disciplines that are modeled in the Bible make a noticeable difference in coping with and dealing with anxious feelings or stress. In order to understand this, we would like you to select one discipline to apply daily for 2 weeks. You will be asked to do your best to apply the discipline daily to your life.

The surveys are anonymous, so no one is aware of your participation other than your parent/guardian, your youth pastor, and whom you decide to share with. Your name will not be on the forms you fill out, and you will be given a code that will be put on your answer sheet so no one will know whose answers they are. The only way anyone would know how you answered is if we are worried about you, and then we would call your parent/guardian.

Do not proceed until your parent has signed the permission slip and you've received a code from your youth pastor.
