Special Performances Application
IT'S SHOW TIME!
The magical talents of the Vail School District community comprised of students, parents, district staff and community members will be performing continuously at Vail Pride Day on Saturday, February 17th, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
A public address system, cd player, and three microphones will be provided. All other equipment is the responsibility of the performing group.
Special arrangements are necessary for the loading and unloading of equipment.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the times requested.
Special Performances will be held under the Pima County Fairgrounds pavilion.
Slots will be limited so please do not delay in completing the application. The deadline is December 1st.
Confirmation letters will be sent the week of January 22nd.
