This survey will help determine how many households in Sahuarita & Green Valley have at least one adult or child with a physical, mental, or learning disability and to identify what those disabilities. It is also an opportunity for you to provide information about what you think is the most needed service or support in our community for persons with either a physical, mental, or learning disability.
