Standard of Practice (1.5), Protected Professional Titles and Endorsements

Background

As part of the Health Professions Act (HPA), the College is required to consult with regulated members of the profession on changes to the Standards of Practice. The College is now opening the consultation period on the amended Standards of Practice (1.5), Protected Professional Titles and Endorsements.

This Standard is being amended to include the use of the Critical Care Paramedic (CCP) title by Advanced Care Paramedics when meeting all the requirements as outlined by the College.
