Upon reaching certain milestones, many small and medium businesses discern a need to migrate from basic Email Service Provider (ESP) solutions to more advanced platforms capable of catering to more nuanced and expanding needs - all without inflicting a substantial financial burden. However, the decision is often not that easy to make - as a lot needs to be taken into account. With this research, we seek to explore the optimal timing for SMEs to upgrade their ESPs and uncover the rationale behind their choices.
 
About this survey
