1. Welcome
Thank you for your interest in the release validation program for BMC Remedy with Smart IT 1.3, our latest release of the innovative & modern user experience for Remedy ITSM. We are excited to share with you the latest enhancements around problem management and change management.
For any project about user experience improvements, target user feedback is extremely important. We have already done a lot of research, reviews and testing as part of the project. This release validation program will allow us to collect even more feedback based on the (almost) final version of code. We don't use the term "beta program", because this is a very short (2 week) test cycle based on the almost final bits. That also implies that most of the feedback around product enhancements will likely have to be evaluated for inclusion in future Smart IT releases. Luckily, we release Smart IT very frequently.
To apply for participation in the release validation program, we ask you for a little bit of information about your use of Remedy ITSM. We promise to make this quick.
