Youth Ministry Consultants's goal is to discover gaps in small-church youth and children's ministry by intentionally listening to leaders like you and gathering insights to better support you through resources and training. We’ll also explore what motivates you in ministry, what challenges you are currently facing, and how your experiences shape your dreams for youth ministry.

The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers—we want to hear your honest thoughts. If you complete the survey, you have the chance to enter a raffle to win 1 of 5 $75 gift cards. You will also be redirected to a Toolkit and ministry resources once you complete the survey.

Your responses are confidential and will only be used for research purposes by Future of Faith. You will also have an opportunity to leave your email to receive $200 worth of free resources created as a result of this project from Youth Ministry Consultants and Future of Faith. You can pause at any time and return to finish later if needed.
