The applicant is committing to be a small group facilitator at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship. Our small group ministry at OCBF exists to develop opportunities for the purpose of intentional biblical application in a relational context of accountability and connectivity. Part of the process for applicants to become small group facilitators is to discern whether this role is a good fit for their gifts and abilities.
