The phases of the project as adopted by Council are as follows:
Phase 1: Economic Analysis and Research; completed
Phase 2: Community and Stakeholder Consultation; this stage
Phase 3: Strategy Development and Delivery;
Phase 4: Action Plan Development and Delivery.
