Introduction
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. FMG Consulting Ltd has been commissioned by the Borough Council to review the performance of the Council's existing leisure centres and to examine how well the leisure centres are serving the needs of the borough's residents. In this context we are looking to understand why some individuals may not use the Borough Council's current leisure centre's (Everyone Active) as much as they could do – or indeed, at all. Your feedback will help us identify any areas for improvement and help form the future direction and purpose for community leisure facilities in Slough.
Your personal responses will only seen by the researchers at FMG Consulting. Your individual responses WILL NOT BE SHARED with Slough Borough Council, Everybody Active, or with any other third party.
Appropriate safeguards are in place for secure collection, storage, transmission and disposal of your response data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Our policies relating to this are available on the company website (www.fmgconsulting.co.uk/files/fmg-gdpr-compliance-policy.pdf). All survey data will be securely deleted from all systems no later than one month after the end of the scheduled works, in April 2025.
