Welcome to our survey

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important.

Should I complete this survey?
  • This survey is for U.S. residents aged 18 or older, who use smartphone applications (APPs) and have difficulty with sleep.
  • There are many sleeping and waking disorders. In this survey we consider a sleep problem to be one of the following:
    - Problems falling and staying asleep (insomnia)
    - Problems staying awake during the day (excessive daytime sleepiness)
    - Problems sticking to a regular sleep schedule (sleep rhythm problem)
    - Unusual behaviors during sleep (sleep-disruptive behaviors)
  • The Sleep Problem may be self-identified or diagnosed.

Why is it important to complete this survey?
  • We want to understand what kind of APPs are helpful and easy to use.
  • We want to know which kind of wearable device (e.g. wrist watch) and home bedroom sensor (e.g. bed sensor) you would prefer to help to track your sleep.

How will we use your data?
  • We hope to use your feedback to make improvements to a new therapeutic sleep program.
  • The program uses home and wearable sensor devices to help therapists personalize sleep therapy to individual sleep problems.
