Surplus Farm Product Survey

The purpose of this survey is to determine whether there is surplus, seconds, and/or upcycled product available in Somerset County that could be processed in the future at The Kitchen at 185, a proposed commercial kitchen incubator to be located on Water Street in Skowhegan. This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential and will only be represented in aggregate form to determine whether a regional solution is warranted.
