Introduction and Information

The SA Health & Community Services Skills Board Inc. provides information and advice on skills needs and workforce development in the health and community services industries. We advocate for the needs of our sectors and seek to influence education, training and workforce development policy.

As you may be aware, the vocational education and training system in South Australia will be undertaking significant change over the next few years through the introduction of the Skills for All policy framework. In this context we are seeking the views of employers, industry peak bodies and other interested parties on such matters as the occupations, qualifications and skills that will be of most importance to the health and community services industries over the next five years.

Information collected through this survey will be collated and used to provide feedback to industry bodies, the Training and Skills Commission, Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology and other relevant state and national bodies.
