Greetings,

We want to hear from you in order to support your workplaces, and assess the child care challenges and opportunities in Skagit County. Local partners have come together to address barriers to accessible and affordable child care for employees in our county. Through our work with employers and community partners, we are aware of the positive financial impact that family-friendly policies can have on a business’s productivity and bottom line. We are also aware there are challenges to the implementation of these practices.

Please take our brief survey by April 20 to better inform our efforts. We will share the results of the survey when complete, and plan future conversations around how we can support solutions for employers.
