The Singleton Town Centre Master Plan was prepared in 2013 by the NSW Government Architect’s Office and adopted by Council. At the time, the plan responded to a clear need to revitalise the CBD, strengthen Singleton’s role as a regional service hub, and provide a cohesive framework to guide investment, improve amenity, and deliver high‑quality urban design outcomes.
10 years on, Singleton has continued to evolve, and it’s time to review and update the master plan to ensure it reflects current needs, opportunities, and community aspirations. This survey is an important part of that process. Your feedback will help Council and its partners understand how people experience the CBD today, what’s working well, and where improvements can be made. By sharing your views, you’ll be contributing directly to a refreshed vision for a vibrant, accessible, and welcoming town centre for years to come.
