We are collecting stories to support Court Simplification in NYS. What we are looking for, generally are experiences and impacts on individuals, and/or families in any and all proceedings (civil, commercial, criminal, family, etc.) in any of the state courts caused by (1) multiple appearances before different courts on related issues and/or (2) how the unconsolidated and unintegrated structure of the NYS Court System caused eg. delays, loss of work, disjointed decisions, excess appearances, confusion. Or anything else you feel is important to report.
