Introduction
The City of Shreveport receives an annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds.  CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development are intended to create viable communities by providing decent, safe, sanitary housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic opportunities for low and moderate-income (LMI) residents.

The purpose of the survey is to get your opinion on the level of housing and community development needs of low and moderate-income (LMI) persons/households and how to prioritize the use of CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds to meet those needs in the City of Shreveport over the next 5 years.

This survey will take approximately 20 minutes. Your assistance in completing this survey in a timely manner is greatly appreciated.
