The following constitutes the rules (“Rules”) of the “Tridel Show You CARE Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Tridel Corporation (“Tridel”). By visiting the link https://www.tridel.com/respect (the “Link”) and emailing csr@tridel.com (the "Email"), you (the “Participant”) signify your agreement to these Rules and the Terms of Use (including pertaining to privacy of personal information) (the “Terms”) found at www.tridel.com (“Terms”) incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to the Rules or the Terms, please do not visit the Link or use the Email and do not participate in the Giveaway.

1. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST
Tridel will award the winner of the Giveaway with one (1) of fifty (50) Peace Collective prizes (“Prizes”), which will be selected through a random draw.

2. ELIGIBILITY
a. The Giveaway is only open to residents of Ontario who are at least 18 years of age as of October 13, 2020 and who otherwise have legal capacity to accept the Terms and comply with the Rules.
b. Employees, representatives and agents of Tridel or their respective affiliates, as well as the immediate family members and those living in the same household of such employees, representatives and agents are required to disclose their affiliation to Tridel at time of entry.
c. Breach of Contest Rules may result in disqualification of participants, as determined by Tridel.
d. Only Entries submitted during the Giveaway period beginning at 09:00 a.m. on October 13, 2020 and ending at 11:59 pm on November 30, 2020 will be considered.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To participate in the Giveaway, a Participant must:
  • Take a photo using the RESCON CARE or Built for Respect stickers.
  • Share the photo on social using the hashtag #WeCARE and tag @Tridel (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) .
  • Email their contact information and their photos to csr@tridel.com
  • Participants will get as many entries into the Giveaway as the number of photos they submit by email. More photos submitted mean more entries.
4. WINNER SELECTION CRITERIA AND ODDS OF WINNING   
A maximum of fifty (50) participants will be selected as winners of the Giveaway, unless and until Tridel decides, in its discretion, to cease the Giveaway. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries.
5. PRIZES
a. Awarding of prizes and nature of prizes is as determined by Tridel.
b. Substitution by the Participant for any other Peace Collective item is not permitted. Tridel reserves the right to substitute Prizes if they become unavailable or as needed.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE AWARDS
Before being declared a winner, selected Participants will be contacted within (5) business days of the Giveaway closing date by telephone or email at the number or email address provided at the time of entry. If a selected Participant cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the initial contact date, the entry will be disqualified, and another participant will be selected using the criteria for determining winners described above and will be contacted until all the prizes have been awarded. Proof of compliance, including eligibility, with these Rules shall be required prior to final determination of winners.

7. PHOTOGRAPHS AUTHORIZATION
By participating in this Giveaway, Participants provide consent to TRIDEL and its employees, agents, and representatives, the right to use submitted photographs of physical likeness as the same may appear in any still camera photograph, and/or digital format or any form of device now known or that may be known in the future, including Facebook, Twitter and websites such as tridel.com and mytridelhome.com or any of the TRIDEL affiliated websites. Additionally, TRIDEL may use or display photographs in connection with an exhibition (theatrically, on television, internet or otherwise or of any motion pictures and /or video) or any form of exhibition now known or to be known in the future, in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, exploiting and/ or publicizing of any such motion picture and/or video, but not limited to television or theatrical motion pictures and/or video, or otherwise. TRIDEL may use said photography with no time limitations or restrictions whatever.

8. RELEASE FROM PARTICIPANTS AND INDEMNITY
All participants hereby agree to forever release and indemnify Tridel and their respective affiliates, related companies, agents, directors, officers and employees, from any and all losses, expenses, damages and claims in connection with the Giveaway. Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Tridel harmless for any third party claims with respect to participation in the Giveaway. Neither Tridel nor any of their respective affiliates, related companies, agents, directors, officers and employees are providing any warranty or representation with respect to the Prizes. Tridel is not liable for any damage or deficiencies in the product, any liability relating to the production, manufacturing, and advertisement of the Prizes.
