INTRODUCTION
The San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) has a Shoreline Plants Guide. The Guide helps permit applicants, consultants, and the public to design shoreline landscapes that will:

- Support wildlife habitat
- Protect shorelines
- Create thoughtful, inclusive outdoor spaces

We are updating the Guide to better serve users and to include the latest science and new ideas. The goal of this effort is to keep the San Francisco Bay shoreline healthy, attractive, and resilient over time.

Your feedback will help us understand:

- How people connect to plants
- How the Guide can help build a more resilient shoreline

This survey has three sections. It should take 10-20 minutes to complete, depending on your curiosity about plants and level of landscape expertise.
