Agreement to Participate in The Shops of Livingston County (“The Shops”)

* 1. I agree to provide a dedicated staff member as our virtual shop attendant for each full 3-hour period our store/business has signed up to participate in The Shops of Livingston County

* 2. I understand that in the event our store/business fails to show up and/or provide a shop attendant, therefore leaving our virtual store unmanned at any time during open mall hours, we will lose our access to any and all future reservations within The Shops of Livingston County

* 3. I recognize that in order to register for more than one 3-hour time slot, my business must be a paid member in good standing with the Livingston County Area Chamber of Commerce. All other businesses have one 3-hour slot available upon availability.

* 4. The Platform is designed as a portal for you as a vendor to interact in real time with customers. Transactions as to be completed offline and outside of the platform to protect both the consumer and vendor. I agree that as a participating vendor, I have the responsibility to arrange for the close of sale, outside of the REMO/Shops of Livingston County Virtual Mall Platform. Absolutely no financial information is to be shared through the platform. ALL Sales are to be finalized outside of the platform.

* 5. I agree to arrange for the pick-up, shipping and/or delivery of items purchased when a transaction is finalized (agreeing again, that the transaction is finalized outside of the REMO/Shops of Livingston County Virtual Mall Platform).
