In 2016-17, the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (JCCCNC/the Center) relaunched the Shinzen Nikkei Youth Goodwill Program (Shinzen Program) to celebrate the 110th Anniversary of Japantown. Last summer, we took 18 youth and 70 family members to experience Japan and share with/learn from those we met.
Because the Shinzen Program requires a substantial amount of time and a strong fundraising/financial commitment from each participant/family, we ask that you AND your child complete this short survey to help us gauge the interest of potential Shinzen Program participants.
By filling out and submitting this survey, you are in no way committed to or guaranteed participation. The Center will use the information gathered to determine the feasibility of a 2018-19 Program, for program planning purposes only and will not share this information with others.
