Sheffield Comprehensive and Open Space Plan Survey 2026

The Town of Sheffield is updating both its Comprehensive (Master) Plan and Open Space and Recreation Plan, and needs your help!

Last updated more than 20 years ago, these important land use planning documents prioritize projects in the town- initiatives, services, and community resources.

Results from community engagement will help to inform the Goals, Objectives, and Actions for the updated plans.

Comprehensive Plans ensure that policy decisions, initiatives, and investment strategies the town undertakes during the next 10 to 20 years align with the residents' wants, needs, and dreams for the community.

An Open Space and Recreation Plan prioritizes open space planning projects for the coming 10 years and makes the town eligible for numerous State grant programs.

Your input and opinions will help guide priorities and determine the future of the town!

The survey is open from September 11 through November 6, 2026.

Please answer all survey questions as an individual and encourage your family and friends to complete the survey.

All answers are confidential- only IP Addresses are collected with the submission of a response.
