Description

Sharing Integration Innovations (e.g., PrEP, PeP, MAT). What works, what doesn’t work?

MAI-CoC grantees provide coordinated and integrated services to their clients through the integration and co-location of behavioral health treatment and prevention, HIV medical care, and hepatitis services.  This CoP will provide a forum for Grantees to continue the conversation initiated during the December 2016 Webinar “Latest Evidence and Developments from the Field.”  Participants will explore cutting edge HIV, hepatitis, and behavioral health prevention and treatment strategies. It will also encourage Grantees to share their own innovations and CoP participants will problem solve the problems/challenges experienced when implementing these services. Grantees will have to opportunity to assess their organizational/staff knowledge and readiness to implement state of the art integration innovations.

·         Review resources and tools that promote the provision of state of the art
           integration innovations

·         Share with other grantees innovations, challenges and lessons learned

·         Conduct Organizational Sustainability Assessment to determine
          which innovations are sustainable
