8.Background

The Center for Shared Ownership is a partnership of the Chicago Rehab Network and the Chicago Community Loan Fund.  We are committed to:
  • preserving shared ownership housing like coops, condos, and townhouses 
  • promoting the expansion of shared ownership as an affordable alternative to homeownership and a step up option for renters
  • establishing the resource, policy, and funding environment to ease this critical stock of our housing
In order to best provide a referral, training or technical assistance, please fill out this brief survey, answering the questions that are applicable to whether you live in shared ownership already or want to going forward. All responses and your personal information will be kept confidential.
