Sharing your CF story is critical because many people may not know what cystic fibrosis is – let alone the physical, emotional, and financial toll of living with the disease. Your unique story puts a human face on a complex disease and adds depth to conversations about the need for adequate, affordable, and available coverage. We want to know more about you and the community we serve so we can educate policymakers, elected officials, and other key stakeholders.

There are many opportunities for using your story – from blog posts, to sharing your story on Capitol Hill, your voice will continue to keep cystic fibrosis top of mind for those who are making decisions about health care.
