September 22 2018 Cub Parent Orientation and Leader Training Signup Survey
This a "sign up survey" for Cub Parent Orientation and Leader Training on Saturday, September 22, 2018 (10:00 am to 1:30 pm) at the Atlanta Area Council Volunteer Service Center, 1800 Circle 75 Parkway SE, Atlanta, GA 30339. This is a free event. Feel free to come at 9:45 for coffee and Chick fil A biscuits. A simple lunch is provided.
This program is an introduction to Cub Scouting for all parents and a combination of "Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training" for all Pack Roles -- or "Cub Scout Leader Team Training", so bring your whole team -- what you do to share ideas and make plans with your team may be the best part of the program. "Cub Scout Leader Team Training" is geared to give your team Den Leaders and Cubmasters and Assistants and Committee Members the knowledge and skills they need to have a fun and meaningful activities for their Scouts.
We require "advance signup" because we will provide materials for attendees, and we cannot magically produce extra copies for people who "drop in" -- and in order to have a class, we need to have at least 10 signed up by Midnight on the Wednesday before (and we've got more than that as of Monday, so we're on for sure!), so sign up: if the class is cancelled, we'll only tell the few who signed up.
More details about the class are in the survey below . . .
