INTRODUCTION
The Senior Living 2025 study solicits your thoughts as an industry expert about the issues, events and developments that will shape the senior living industry in the year 2025. Your responses, when combined with those from other participants, will produce a unique snapshot of the future of the senior living industry.
The first phase of this research initiative was an open-ended questionnaire, offering respondents a chance to raise any and all issues that they believe will be important to the senior living industry in 2025.
The Phase Two Questionnaire contains a series of statements, based on the responses that were reviewed and tabulated from the phase one questionnaire.
For each of the following statements, please indicate the likelihood of them occurring in the senior living industry by the year 2025. Rate each statement on a scale from 1 to 7, where 1 equals “very unlikely to occur” and 7 equals “very likely to occur."
Please complete this survey by January 26, 2016. All survey participants will receive a complimentary copy of the Senior Living 2025 study final report.
