Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives for our clients. This role involves managing stakeholders, coordinating project execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, digital transformation, and working with large organizations or government entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth execution and impact.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, technology vendors, and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business needs and recommend innovative digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure project governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in line with client requirements.
• Adapt to new projects as needed, contributing expertise across various digital domains.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project/program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with public sector, digital governance, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of business continuity and/or risk management is an advantage.
• English & Arabic highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently to KSA.
