What's the definition of a Semi-Local Business?

Local businesses who pursue customers outside their local area, typically leveraging the Internet and other new marketing technologies.

You can also consider a semi-local business as one that is geographically independent. Meaning, you could serve a client that is outside of your local area. Many consultants, freelancers and bloggers belong in this category.

Local client (definition): A client within your geographical area (e.g. your city or region.)

Remote client (definition): A client outside of your local area.
