This self-assessment helps identify and prioritize the training needs of seller-doers (and others) who help generate revenue for professional services firms.
In the assessment, we first ask you to rate various activities based on their immediate value to you in your role in attracting, retaining, or growing revenue for your business.
Then, we ask you to prioritize the skills needed to perform those activities.
Finally, we ask you to assess your current capability to perform those activities.
You will not receive an immediate report based on your answers. If you or your company have arranged for a Training Needs Assessment Report or a Seller-Doer Jumpstart Workbook, you will receive it within three business days. If you have arranged for one and do not receive it in that timeframe, please send an email to clientcoordinator@sellerdoeracademy.com and we will reply.
The assessment should take less than 10 minutes.
