Self-Reflection Questionnaire - Parents/Guardians

Overview

This questionnaire is designed to assist parents/guardians to determine whether Village High School is a good fit for their family.

All answers are anonymous and the result/score at the end is intended to show families whether there is a good match with Village High School's educational values. Responses to all questions are on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1: not at all, 3: sometimes, 5: usually.

The outcome of this questionnaire does not restrict anyone from progressing to the next stage of enrolment, however we encourage parents/guardians to complete and reflect on this questionnaire to help you decide whether Village High School is a good choice for you and your child.
