Harm Reduction and De-escalation in the Workplace

The following is a survey to help us develop harm reduction and de-escalation resources and training opportunities for BC Museums Association members that are focused on trauma-informed health, wellness, and community support.
Note: Your responses will remain anonymous unless you provide your organization name.

For the purposes of this survey we are calling interactions between staff members and the public where there is a sense of unsafety (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) “unsafe situations”.
