Thank you for viewing this year's CANA Fall Conference RED Talk: Second Victim Programs Within the Hospital Setting: An Extensive Review with Practice Recommendations, by Chelsea Arnold, Marie Stortz, Monica Yeung. Please use this form to score the performance of each pre-recorded presentation in a fair, objective and impartial manner.

Presenters will be judged on the following deliverables: (1) the presentation must address a current and/or relevant anesthesia problem; (2) the presentation should provide a clear introduction, identify a gap in knowledge, speak to scientific evidence supporting a proposed solution, and offer a conclusion detailing information audience members should “take home”; and (3) a professional and well-practiced presentation of information including eye contact with the audience and appropriate responses to audience questions at the conclusion of the presentation. 

You will be asked to assign a point rating of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) for the 3 components of each presenter's presentation. The criteria are as follows:

1. Presentation quality;
2. Support/knowledge of topic; and
3. Power Point

The presenter with the highest average point score will win the competition.
