Scott County Public Library Community Survey

The Scott County Public Library is working on a Strategic Plan, and we need your help! We’d love to get your thoughts and ideas about what the library is doing now and what we might do in the future concerning our services, programs, staff, and facilities.

We want as much input from the community as possible! Even if you do not have a library card or have not visited recently, we want to hear from you!

We will summarize all feedback. Your individual responses and any identifying information will remain strictly confidential. If you have any questions about this survey or would like assistance in responding, please contact Elizabeth Kozlowski, (502)863-3566, Elizabeth.Kozlowski@scottpublib.org.

This survey should take you about 8 minutes to complete (but feel free to take as much time as you need). Please review all questions even if you do not respond to all of them and be sure to click DONE at the end to submit your survey.
