Schools Club Application Form 2026/27

Thank you for your interest in applying for Schools Club 2026/27. Please fill in the application form below. There is no minimum word limit but please do ensure you give full answers to each of the questions.
Schools Club runs throughout the academic year with four productions across the year. There are two in the first term, one in Spring term and the final one in Summer. Selected schools will be required to confirm dates for the first production before the end of the Summer term 2026.
1.The projects run by the Education and Community Team are generously supported by a range of funders, who often require reports on a projects’ impact and the reasons why people apply to take part.

18.Maximum number of tickets needed including teachers (we require a teacher/student ratio of 1:10 but understand that some groups require additional staff)
19.Does your school participate in any other programmes with any other theatres or arts organisations. (Please note that participating in other programmes will not stop you from gaining a place on Schools Club)
20.I understand that if my school is accepted onto The Old Vic Schools Club programme that across the academic year it will be the same group of up to 30 students, in Year 9 to 13 (aged 13 to 18), who participate in every workshop. This is so that we can adapt the workshops to their particular strengths and also build their skills throughout the year.
21.I agree that a member of staff will attend the compulsory evening evaluation sessions and provide feedback on time in order to improve and maintain the Schools Club scheme.
22.I understand that if I am offered a place on Schools Club I must ensure that my students take part in each free workshop offered and attend the linked performance for which we will receive free tickets. If I am unable to do this, I understand that The Old Vic reserves the right to cancel my membership and offer it to another school.
