Identifying educationally isolated schools: The creation and use of a multidimensional index of Educational Isolation – School Trips Survey

Information and consent

This survey is exploring travel time and distance for curriculum-related school trips for all schools and its students. The survey forms part of of a Plymouth Marjon University funded PhD research project exploring educational isolation (Director of Studies, Prof Ovenden-Hope).
There are 7 questions. The first asks for your consent. You must read the participant information and consent form and acknowledge you understand and agree with the statements on the Consent Form, before you can continue. Please note that you may skip any question after question 3 you prefer not to answer.
