Registration Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the 2025-2026 Performances for School Groups!

This form also includes the application for the “Get on the Bus” Scholarship for Title I schools. The scholarship has reached full capacity, and the scholarship application has closed as of September 8, 2025.

School Group Policies

We do not issue tickets; your entire group must be present to check in and be seated.
Only school groups of ten (10) or more people are eligible to register.
Limit the number of adults in your group to no more than 1 adult per 4 students.
Do not bring extra people to your event. Additional seats must be requested in advance.
Food is not permitted inside the theater.
All cancellations and changes must be made at least four weeks in advance to receive a refund.
Children under 4 are not permitted at performances for school groups unless otherwise indicated.
If your group cannot attend or events are canceled due to inclement weather, we will issue a full refund or attempt to reschedule.

Anyone unable to meet the above requirements is encouraged to attend the other Performances for Young Audiences offered on Friday evenings and weekends.

All registration forms are processed in the order in which they are received, and we will try to accommodate as many requests as possible based on availability. Confirmation may take up to two weeks. You will receive a confirmation email when you are booked for the performance(s) selected. For questions about registration, email KCED@kennedy-center.org.
