The California Product Stewardship Council (CPSC) is a 501(c)3 nonproft organization and California’s leading expert on Product Stewardship and the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) movement. CPSC, partnering with the Santa Barbara RMDZ, is piloting a solar panel reuse and recycling collection and education event.

The below questions are to help us better understand the currently state of solar panel reuse and recycling in the County. There are opportunities to submit requests if you have solar panels available to collection and want to receive free panels for installation.
