Introduction

Our goal for this survey is to understand how college students are experiencing the recent COVID-19 pandemic. We want to make sure that colleges and health departments are providing you the tools and knowledge to stay safe and healthy. The survey is optional and anonymous and data collected will only be used for the purposes of understanding COVID-19 transmission. We estimate that it will take about 20 minutes to complete.
