San Bruno Community Foundation (SBCF) invites you to participate in this survey as part of our Community Listening Campaign 2.0. It is critical we hear from San Bruno community members about your priorities for SBCF.

Over the past six years, SBCF has committed nearly $55 million in Crestmoor Scholarships, Community Grants, and strategic initiatives, including $50 million for the new San Bruno Recreation and Aquatic Center in San Bruno City Park, which will break ground in 2021.

To learn about the many different ways the Foundation has benefited and invested in the San Bruno community, we ask that you view this SBCF Highlight Reel prior to taking this survey.

We are now engaging our community to help identify current community needs and to shape our future program and investment strategies. We value your thoughts!

* 4. After SBCF has finished paying grants to fund the Recreation and Aquatic Center project, it may have about $30 million remaining (depending on market conditions).
Should the remaining funds be spent in the short-term, or should the funds be treated as an endowment, with investment income fueling the work of SBCF over the long-term?

Spend all remaining funds NOW on community needs - SBCF's job is done and will no longer operate.

Invest the bulk of remaining funds now to fund future community needs - SBCF will continue to operate, invest funds now and distribute funds via grants as funds grow.

Strategic Initiatives - prioritize giving larger grants to address significant and prioritized community needs.
