Salisbury Aware Feedback Competition

Method of Entry:
Entries open at 9am on Monday 1 August 2022 and close at 5pm Monday 10 October 2022.

Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the City of Salisbury are ineligible to enter.

All questions in the survey marked as required (*) must be completed in-full to be eligible.

Method of Lodgment:
Entries must be lodged via the online survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SalisburyAware by 5pm Monday 10 October 2022. No late entries can be accepted.

Details of Prize:
A $250 Visa gift card.

Date, Time and Place of Draw:
Entries will be judged by the CEO of The City of Salisbury on Tuesday 11 October 2022 at 10am in the Salisbury Community Hub, 34 Church Street, Salisbury SA 5108.

Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified by email and telephone call on Wednesday 12 October 2022.

Promoter:
