How Do You Use UUA Salary Recommendations and Resources?

This short questionnaire is for all leaders (staff and lay) who make decisions, or give input into decisions, about salaries for one or more employees of your congregation.
  1. It is fine to have more than one respondent from your congregation, each responding based on their own knowledge and perspectives.
  2. Answer based on your own experience. You may not know everything about how salaries are determined in your congregation for every position or how resources are used. That's okay! We're interested in your own impression.
  3. For every question, select the best option. We appreciate anything you want to tell us in the comment boxes, as well, such as how the resource is helpful or what we might improve.
