  1. It is fine to have more than one respondent from your congregation, each responding based on their own knowledge and perspectives.
  2. Answer based on your own experience. You may not know everything about how salaries are determined in your congregation for every position or how resources are used. That's okay! We're interested in your own impression.
  3. For every question, select the best option. We appreciate anything you want to tell us in the comment boxes, as well, such as how the resource is helpful or what we might improve.

  UUA Salary Tables are our only source of information. UUA Salary Tables are an important source of information. We take them into consideration. We refer to them sometimes, but don't always incorporate them in our decisions. We don't refer to them at all.
