Region XII Council of Governments, is preparing a housing needs assessment for Sac County. The housing needs assessment is an analysis of the housing stock, as well as programs within the community to determine which aspects need improvement and which areas are meeting needs. Part of the planning process includes a public opinion survey. Completing the following survey will help to identify housing strengths and weaknesses in the community.
The following survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. None of the information you provide will be used to identify you, this is a completely anonymous survey.
Paper copies of this survey are available at the SETD office, Auburn City Hall, Early City Hall, Lake View City Hall, Lytton City Hall, Nemaha City Hall, Odebolt City Hall, Sac City City Hall, Schaller City Hall, and Wall Lake City Hall. Completed paper copy surveys may be returned to the respective City Hall, SETD office, or to Region XII COG at the address below.
