7.Introduction
Thank you for contributing your time to help us create a comprehensive view of entrepreneurship and innovation. This is an opportunity to help other entrepreneurs gain insights from your journey and shape resources from supporting organizations. Please note:
- Complete the entire survey at one sitting (6-12 min);
- All data is anonymous and confidential (GDPR and CCPA);
- Each completed questionnaire will generate donation of $15 of school supplies to kids-in-need;
- Submitters have option to:
- Receive report of results and findings;
- Hear live virtual report-out (end of June/early July 2021);
- Follow-up 30-45 minute interview to share further insights ($30-45 gift card or donation);
