Transplant ID - Call for Volunteers

The PIDS Transplant ID Organizing Work Group is seeking volunteers to serve on six subgroups:  Vaccines, CMV, C Diff, EBV, Fungal, Respiratory Viruses.  The Call for Volunteers process will take place twice per year.  Subgroup members will serve 6-month terms.  If interested, please complete the entire form and click the submit button when finished.  The deadline for complete is Tuesday, January 19, 2016 for the first cycle.  Feel free to contact Christy Phillips at the PIDS Headquarters office (pids@idsociety.org) if you have any questions.
