Join us for Part 4 of the Well Wisconsin Diabetes Workshop Series, running through August 2026. This three-session series focuses on maintaining motivation, overcoming barriers, and planning for long-term success.
You do not need to attend all four parts of the overall series to earn your Well-Being Activity credit.
Each workshop part stands on its own, and recordings of all sessions will be available for those who are unable to attend live.

Workshop Focus & Goal
Motivation and Long-Term Planning
Goal: Support participants in maintaining motivation, overcoming barriers, and setting realistic long-term goals for continued success.
Session Topics
Week 10: Heart Health and Diabetes Prevention

Session Topics
Week 10: Heart Health and Diabetes Prevention
- Explore the relationship between heart health and diabetes prevention, and identify lifestyle behaviors that support long-term health and risk reduction.
- Participants will reflect on progress made throughout the series and identify areas to continue strengthening.
Week 11: Overcoming Barriers and Preventing Setbacks
- Learn practical strategies to identify personal barriers, navigate challenges, and respond to setbacks with flexibility and confidence.
- Participants will work through real-life scenarios and develop personalized strategies for staying on track.
Week 12: Celebration, Success Stories & Future Planning
- Celebrate progress and reflect on lessons learned throughout the workshop series.
- Participants will develop a forward-looking plan that includes realistic goals, motivation strategies, and next steps to support continued health and well-being.
