Penn State Extension, with support from the Center for Dairy Excellence, is planning a "Managing Essentials for Dairy Managers" two-day workshop in the Fall of 2024. The goal of the workshop is to strengthen your "people skills" as a dairy manager or producer who is already managing employees or as an emerging leader who may be leading a team in the future. A self assessment of your own personal strengths and blind spots as a leader will be part of the workshop.

Please complete this short survey to provide your feedback and perspective on the topics that would be most valuable to you. We are also looking for feedback on the structure and timing of the workshop. We envision a two-day workshop in late October and early November, with follow-up Zoom calls in December and January.
